This website is owned and operated by Bathtub Gin Care. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors natural hair and skin care products, gift sets, workshops, events. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Who can use your website; what are the requirements to create an account
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Key commercial Terms offered to customers
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

Eligibility to order criteria:
You may only purchase products:
Available for sale and details of which appear on Bathtub Gin Care WebStore; and
For delivery to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Excluding PO BOX addresses
For personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. Bathtub Gin Care reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by Bathtub Gin Care.
Details of the products available for purchase (including their price and descriptions) are set out on Bathtub Gin Care WebStore. Bathtub Gin Care takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on Bathtub Gin Care store are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto Bathtub Gin Care WebStore. We make maximum effort to keep Bathtub Gin Care WebStore as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. In order that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorisation from your Credit card company or bank for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
Bathtub Gin Care will E-mail you to confirm your product order has been received.
Bathtub Gin Care will E-mail you again to confirm that the products you have ordered are being shipped to you.
We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Bathtub Gin Care only upon those products being shipped to you, as detailed in the dispatch confirmation E-mail.
Bathtub Gin Care may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available.
Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price
You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.
Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: workshops, events.
You are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 28 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Note: If you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the goods in your order to us in perfect condition( unopen, unused, in orignal packeging). Bathtub Gin Care will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us) and if you fail to return goods to us we may charge you for the cost incurred in collecting them from you. Your product can only be returned in the country it was purchased.
Damaged Or Fault Products and Incorrect Orders
You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered. Your product can only be returned/exchanged in the country it was purchased.
When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund:
Full Purchase Price
Delivery Charges (the cost for initial delivery to you)
Return Charges (the cost for returning goods to us) upon the production of a receipt. Alternatively we will arrange to collect your goods from you at our cost.
When exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will:
Dispatch replacement items to you free of charge
Refund return charges (the cost for returning goods to us) upon production of a receipt. Alternatively we will arrange to collect your goods from you at our cost
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract and nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, if the products you buy are faulty then you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
We do not accept the scent, colour or shape of products as a reason for complaint.
How to return goods
You may return goods in the country they were purchased by contacting us first by email, phone or post.

Receipts showing any return charges(not exceeding our return service charge price) if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods
We aim to deliver mail order parcels within 7 business days, however please allow up to 14 days. If your parcel has not been delivered after 14 days, please contact Bathtub Gin Care by email: email@example.com
Our parcels are sent by Royal Mail & Independent Courier Companies.
Royal Mail usually arrives in between 1 – 5 Business Days.
Courier usually arrives in between 1 - 3 Business Days.
Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
All the logos, graphic elements, photographs, descriptions and website content belong to Bathtub Gin Care and must not be used without consent.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
You agree to indemnify and hold Bathtub Gin Care harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bathtub Gin Care, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Preference of law and dispute resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of United Kingdom, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in United Kingdom. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
